The Board of Directors has a representative from each member organization:
Mark Hoisser, President, DARTS
DARTS provides professionally coordinated home help and transportation services for Dakota County seniors and their families, and promotes opportunities for the full participation of seniors and all generations in community life. Caregiver services include a web site specifically for caregivers, www.caregivermn.org, caregiver coaching and counseling, care management, workplace eldercare seminars, educational forums for caregivers, and in-home respite.
