Mark Hoisser, President, DARTS
DARTS provides professionally coordinated home help and transportation services for Dakota County seniors and their families, and promotes opportunities for the full participation of seniors and all generations in community life. Caregiver services include a web site specifically for caregivers, www.caregivermn.org, caregiver coaching and counseling, care management, workplace eldercare seminars, educational forums for caregivers, and in-home respite. Mark Kuppe , CEO, HSI-Human Services, Inc.
HSI’s Resources for ElderCare Division helps seniors and persons with
special needs in Washington County continue to live in their own homes and
lead active, independent, and fulfilling lives. Caregivers use their
adult day services in Woodbury and Stillwater, attend HSI-facilitated caregiver
support groups, and benefit from caregiver coaching and counseling. [more]
Benjamin F. Withhart, Executive Director and CEO, Senior Community Services
Senior Community Services provides programming at eight senior centers, dial-a-ride transportation, and professional case management, along with a variety of in-home services to enhance the independence, involvement, opportunities and quality of life of older adults in the west metro area. Caregivers are served by their caregiver education series, caregiver support groups, care management, and caregiver coaching and counseling. [more]
Leni Wilcox, Administrative Director, Wilder Foundation’s Community
Services for the Elderly
Through its Community Services for the Elderly, Wilder Foundation supports
older adults and their families in the east metro area through its assisted
living programs, dental clinic, home health care, and a number of other in-home
services. Caregivers use their two St. Paul adult day health
centers, one specifically for those with dementia, a caregiver support group,
care management, and caregiver coaching and counseling. [more]
