Fitness Exercise Classes for people with Parkinson's Disease
This unique exercise program will follow a fitness format that stresses components of strengthening, stretching and aerobics. The therapist supervising the program will emphasize the benefits of exercise, taking advantage of your current capabilities, and will help you bring your fitness to a higher level. The cost is $4 per session, per person. Primary physician approval is required prior to the first exercise class. Please call 651-232-2098 to sign up. Monday-Friday 11:30-1:00 pm.
Memory Loss Evening Support Group
For caregivers this is an opportunity to connect, to share questions, concerns or feelings and to learn strategies for coping and caring for someone with memory loss. For individuals with memory loss this is an opportunity to participate in activities that will provide social, spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive benefits.
