The Gathering is a senior group respite program (10 am - 3 pm) that provides a safe enjoyable social opportunity for seniors 55 & over and allows their caregivers time off from caregiving. We also offer a support group for caregivers from 10 am - 12 pm.

Meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise that is often called a moving meditation. This Tai Chi is designed especially for people with Parkinson's disease. It is designed to improve balance, coordination, focus of concentration, physical strength and mental well-being. It can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Meets Mondays.

This unique exercise program will follow a fitness format that stresses components of strengthening, stretching and aerobics. The therapist supervising the program will emphasize the benefits of exercise, taking advantage of your current capabilities, and will help you bring your fitness to a higher level.
