Gathering at Nativity Lutheran Church
Nativity Lutheran Church meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. The support group meets from 10am-11:30am. Respite care is available from 10am-1pm. An assessment of the care receiver must be completed prior to participation in respite care.
Fitness Exercise Classes for people with Parkinson's Disease
This unique exercise program will follow a fitness format that stresses components of strengthening, stretching and aerobics. The therapist supervising the program will emphasize the benefits of exercise, taking advantage of your current capabilities, and will help you bring your fitness to a higher level. The cost is $4 per session, per person. Primary physician approval is required prior to the first exercise class. Please call 651-232-2098 to sign up. Monday-Friday 11:30-1:00 pm.

Meetings consist of current health care information and group discussion relevant to persons caring for an adult w/physical or memory disabilities. Free respite care is available w/advance notice. Meets the 3rd Thursday of every month from 1:30-3:30 at Prairie Adult Care.
Caregiver Support Group
SarahCare Adult Day Center and Emerald Crest Assisted Living Communities co-sponsor a monthly Caregiver Support Group.
