Memory Care Monthly Support Group for Caregivers,
Senior Helpers will be of offering a monthly Caregiver Support Group for persons caring for a family member or loved one with memory loss, on the first Monday of each month.
A light snack and beverage will be provided during a break time.
The support group is intended to help caregivers learn valuable coping skills, make wise choices for the future and share ideas with others who are in a similar caregiving role. The discussion also will help individuals to learn about community resources and foster greater self-confidence as a caregiver.
