It is the policy of Eldercare Partners to provide services to all persons that meet service eligibility criteria without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, or age.

Caregiver Services

You are the caregiver.  The person you are taking care of is the Care Receiver. Fees are based on the household income of the Care Receiver.

Household Size = 1 person: If the person you are taking care of lives alone, use the chart below to determine the cost of services.

*Eldercare Partners receives Title III-E funding through the Older Americans Act. If you are unable to pay the suggested fee in full, you may be eligible to receive services at a reduced rate, or at no cost. Please call 651-234-2262 to speak to an intake specialist.

If your care receiver’s annual household income is over $39,096, you are not eligible to receive Caregiver Services at a reduced rate.  However, Eldercare Partners does award Hardship Scholarships.  For an application, please call 651-234-2262 to speak to an intake specialist.
